We possess the adequate capital, potential and knowledge about the market. We know how to make effective use of our assets. We invest in new locations acting swiftly and dynamically. We are able to recognise development opportunities and that is why we take cooperation decisions within a short time.
MANAGEMENT
Investing is not the only thing we deal with. Thanks to the experience from managing our own property we have a broader area of operations, therefore, we also focus on property management. Our long-term experience in cooperating with various partners serves as an excellent preparation for such a demanding task.
CHT is an investing company of rich expertise and broad competence, concentrating its operations around the real estate market. The interdisciplinary and long-standing know-how of the company’s Board of Directors guarantees proficient project management, which was experienced by leading retail brands of the petrol, food and chemical industries operating on the Polish market.
Constant development is our goal and we intend to achieve it by acquiring new investments, which will expand our property portfolio, and establishing cooperation with investors interested in our offer and services.

COMPLETED PROJECTS
We have created a modern town market where the husband can have his car checked, while the wife is indulging herself in shopping at her favourite stores. It is a place where both of them can relax, have a cup of coffee, eat lunch and get their business done. Thanks to the broad offer provided by the retail outlets the Tatrzańska shopping centre is a place that allows to conveniently save time. We bring neighbours together - we are the favourite meeting spot of the local community. The location was also appreciated by the Piotr i Paweł supermarket brand, which chose our property as the main office for the Executive Board. All of this is complemented with a spacious and well-located parking lot.
